Role Overview
As a New Logo BDR, you are the front line of our growth engine.
Your mission:
Create new opportunities. Open new doors. Start new conversations.
You will identify, engage, and qualify net-new prospects, working closely with Marketing and Sales to turn interest into pipeline and pipeline into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage net-new accounts through outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, calling, events)
- Research target companies, industries, and key decision-makers
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ideal customer profiles
- Initiate conversations that uncover business challenges and generate interest
- Book meetings, demos, and discovery sessions for the sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot, Apollo)
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to drive conversion
- Track performance and continuously improve outreach effectiveness
Sales Collaboration & Career Development
- Work closely with Sales Executives to understand the full sales cycle
- Learn through call shadowing, coaching, and feedback
- Gradually participate in customer meetings and discovery sessions as your confidence develops

- 0–2 years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
