About the role
We’re looking for a curious, ambitious intern to join our Marketing team for an end-of-year internship focused on SEO, growth systems, and AI-powered marketing.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to understand how AI, automation, and data actually work together in a real business — not just in theory. You’ll get hands-on experience improving organic growth, experimenting with AI tools, and learning how modern marketing teams scale impact using smart systems rather than manual work.
You’ll be guided closely by the team, but encouraged to test ideas, question assumptions, and think like a problem-solver. If you enjoy figuring out why something works (or doesn’t), you’ll feel at home here.
What you’ll work on:
SEO & website optimization (real-world, not textbook)
• Help analyze and improve website pages for better search visibility
• Work on page structure, titles, internal linking, and content clarity
• Support keyword research and identify content opportunities using both data and AI tools
Technical & performance fundamentals
• Learn how to spot common website issues (speed, mobile usability, broken links)
• Assist with site audits and track fixes with the team
• Understand how technical choices affect SEO and user experience
Marketing automation & systems (HubSpot)
• Get hands-on experience with HubSpot and modern marketing stacks
• Support automation workflows such as forms, landing pages, and email tracking
• Learn how traffic turns into leads — and how systems track that journey end-to-end
AI applied to marketing (practical, not hype)
• Use AI tools to accelerate keyword research, content ideation, and analysis
• Learn when AI helps — and when human judgment matters more
• Experiment with prompts, workflows, and AI-assisted reporting
Analytics & insights:
• Monitor website and traffic performance using Analytics and Search Console
• Learn how to translate numbers into clear insights, not just dashboards
• Share findings with the team and help guide future experiments
